Welcome to Molly May where we will be cooking from Molly Baz's sophomore cookbook, "More is More". Feel free to snag it here if you'd like to cook along! I wanted to start this week off with a bang, but my tummy is saying otherwise :( I've had some stomach issues over the weekend so I am keeping this week's menu relatively simple and easy. Name of the game for the week is nothing spicy or too acidic to help get everything back on track!
On top of that, we have a few week nights this week where we won't be eating at home. Because we won't need as many groceries for the week I am keeping the options pretty light so we don't have too much food. Feel free to add in an extra dinner option or sub any of the below for a recipe you prefer! We should hopefully be back to regularly scheduled programing next week!
Kedgeree w/ Jammy Eggs & Smoked Fish
Kielbasa & Cabbage Pitas w/ Curry Mustard

Sizzled Seedy Tomato Salad
Lemony Turmeric Tea Cake (didn't make this last week)
2/3 cup plain whole milk greek yogurt
3.5 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup pecorino romano
3 tbs unslated butter
2 eggs
2 tomatoes
4 garlic clove
1 bunch mint
2.5 cups frozen peas
2 white onions
1 celery head
1 head green cabbage
1 bunch dill
8 oz smoked fish (salmon, trout, etc.)
1 (14 oz) kielbasa
salt
pepper
olive oil
2 tbs mixed whole spice seeds (fennel, sesame, mustard, etc.)
red pepper flakes
1 lb dried pasta shells
2 tbs curry powder
2 cups long-grain white rice
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbs sugar
3 tbs whole grain mustard
1/3 cup dijon mustard
4 pitas or flatbreads
toasted bread of choice
