Meet Claire

Howdy and welcome to my lil corner or the interwebs! If you made it here I am so happy to have you and if we haven't met yet I guess I can tell you a bit about myself. I am an Austin, TX native that never went too far. By day I work in big tech, but after hours I am a wannabe/amateur chef. I have no formal training but have logged many hours in the kitchen creating other people's dishes. There is nothing I love more than feeding my friends and family something I made that just so happens to taste incredible. My whole philosophy is to make cooking at home accessible and easy - I am not reinventing the wheel, but hoping to inspire anyone at home thinking "I can't cook that" or feeling overwhelmed by the thousands of recipes out there to give it a go and make it fun! 

When I am not cooking I am probably reading, checking out a new restaurant, playing boardgames or pickleball, or hanging out with my husband Trent and our Bernese Mountain Dog, Hank.
