If you didn’t already know, I am obsessed with Molly Baz and you will likely see her highlighted on here regularly. I refer to her as “my chef” and she is my go-to for tasty weeknight meals or meals to wow your friends and fam - she just doesn’t miss. Literally never cooked a recipe from her I didn’t like and she makes me feel like I am a much better cook than I probably am. Her two cookbooks are “Cook This Book” & “More is More” - I would highly recommend both. Cook This Book was her first release and is a great foundational teaching cookbook with recipes to come back to. More is More builds on the skills you learned in the first and is full of fun decadent meals for a dinner party or special occasion sort of sitch.

4 lemons

1.5 lbs yukon gold potatoes

Rotisserie Chicken
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless flaky white fish (halibut, cod, snapper, etc.)
1.5 lbs ground meat (chicken, turkey, pork, lamb or beef)
2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
20 oz fresh noodles (ramen or pasta)
toasted sesame seeds
chili oil
mayo
2/3 cup walnuts
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 tbs raw sunflower oils
8 baby dill pickles
red pepper flakes
